extracted.coffee is built and run by Rael Cline, based in the UK. I’m a home coffee enthusiast, not a barista or an industry insider — I grind with a De’Longhi and brew on a stovetop Alessi moka pot. What I care about is reading the specs, watching the prices, and not overpaying — which is the whole reason this site exists.

Almost every “best coffee gear” list online is ranked by affiliate commission, not by what’s actually good — and prices swing constantly with nobody tracking them honestly. I wanted one place that ranks on merit, shows the real price checked today, and tells you plainly which sellers actually ship to you. No sponsored “winners,” no invented discounts.

Rankings come from buyer ratings weighted by how many reviews back them — a product needs at least 10 reviews averaging 4.0★ to make a “best” list, so a single glowing review can’t win. Commission never influences ranking — the ranking code has no access to which links pay. Prices show exactly as each seller returns them, checked live and time-stamped, never rounded or dressed up. When there isn’t enough data to say something honestly, the site says so instead of guessing. The full method is on the methodology page.
